Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Indiana is seeking an LPN to support residents in a safe environment and promote long-term recovery. You will work with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to maintain therapeutic routines and high-quality care.

The position emphasizes independence, adherence to MAT protocols, and collaboration with medical staff to ensure patient safety and effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in the state
  • Ability to work independently with residents as needed
  • Compliance with MAT program protocols

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for medical and ancillary services
  • Maintain and update all medical records and documentation
  • Assist with transport of clients to appointments
  • Maintain contact with community medical personnel
  • Manage medical charts for medications
  • Assist DON in purchasing medical supplies
  • Monitor detoxification clients and respond to symptoms
  • Participate in ongoing training and certifications
  • Provide comprehensive benefits and support to residents

As an LPN, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment
  • Comfortable working independently with the population when needed
  • Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols
Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments necessary for psychological testing, doctor's appointments, dental, and eye doctor appointments.
  • Maintain and keep updated all medical records and documentation pertaining to the clients.
  • Assist as needed in transport of clients to necessary appointments.
  • Maintain contact with community medical personnel.
  • Responsible for medical charts for non-prescribed and prescription medication.
  • Assist DON in purchasing of medical supplies.
  • Monitor all detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms.
