Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 1-1 school nursing role in Lakewood, WA. You will provide care for a student with special needs, including trach and G-tube support, throughout the school day.

We value experienced pediatric nurses who can manage transfers, monitor health, and coordinate with families and school staff to ensure continuous care and safety.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State LPN license (DOH) or Compact Multi-State License.
• Experience with trach care and G-tube required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities
