Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 12-hour day and overnight shifts in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Tennessee. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care Unit, including medication administration and vital sign recording.
• Monitor resident outcomes and provide treatments as prescribed.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and treatments.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate patient care.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs. Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
