Job summary

Tender Care PPEC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team in Lake Park, FL. You will provide skilled nursing care to medically complex children in a hands-on, supportive environment.

Schedule includes Monday–Saturday shifts from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM with no nights or Sundays, and up to two Saturdays per month. Full-time benefits include PTO, 401(k) with company match, EAP, and life insurance options.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• American Heart Association CPR certification prior to start.
• Level 2 Background Screening clearance.
• Calm, patient and compassionate approach when working with children.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile children.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately.
• Assist with daily nursing activities and patient needs.
• Collaborate with RNs, caregivers, and other members of the team.
• Maintain compliance with PPEC regulations, nursing standards, and infection-control practices.

What You'll Do
