Tender Care PPEC in Dunnellon, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for medically complex children. The role emphasizes compassionate, hands-on care within a supportive team and follows physician orders and care plans.

The position features a 6:00 AM–7:00 PM schedule with no night shifts or Sundays, and up to two Saturdays per month. A Navy of benefits including PTO, 401(k) with company match, EAP, and insurance options supports staff.

Competenze

• One year of verifiable pediatric nursing experience is preferred.
• American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification prior to start.
• Level 2 Background Screening clearance.
• A calm, patient, and compassionate approach when working with children who have developmental or behavioral needs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

Every day looks a little different, but your impact is constant!

• Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile children.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and individualized care plans.

• Assist with daily nursing activities and patient needs.
• Collaborate with RNs, caregivers, and other members of theteam.
• Maintain compliance with PPEC regulations, nursing standards, and infection-control practices.

Schedule

• Monday-Saturday scheduling, with shifts falling between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• No nights or Sundays.
• Only up to two Saturdays per month.
