Job summary

Lake Mills Care Center, part of Legacy Healthcare LLC, is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to lead our clinical team and ensure high-quality resident care.

As front-line supervisor to CNAs and CMAs, you will oversee daily activities, monitor residents, respond to changes in condition, and promote a safe, compassionate environment.

This role offers full-time shifts (6a-6p, 10a-10p, 6p-6a) with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Licensed for the Iowa Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Pracital Nurse, LPN. Licensed for the Iowa Board of Nursing.
As an LPN Charge Nurse you are the front line of the Clinical Department and supervisor to the Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Medication Aides. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Lake Mills Care Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
