Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administering medications and performing treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Shifts Available: Full Time, Part Time, and PRN, with shifts at 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a. Every other weekend is required. Flexible Scheduling Available!
Qualifications

* Graduation from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
* Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as an LPN.
* Current BLS/CPR certification, or as required by the state of practice if employed at a skilled nursing center or assisted living facility.
