Genesiscareers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join River Ridge brain injury care team on day, evening, and overnight shifts. Under RN supervision, you will deliver focused nursing care, monitor residents, and contribute to care planning and documentation.

Base pay ranges from $33.00 to $38.50 per hour, with shift differentials up to $9.50 per hour. A supportive environment emphasizes growth, teamwork, and high-quality patient care across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

As an LPN at River Ridge, you’ll be an important part of a collaborative care team, supporting residents in a specialized brain injury program. This role offers the opportunity to deliver hands-on care, monitor changes, and work closely with nursing leadership to provide thoughtful, consistent support to residents.

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.


• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.


• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.


• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Base Pay $33.00 - $38.50/hour. PLUS Shift Differentials up to $9.50/hour

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.


• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.


• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
