River City Living Center in Jefferson City, Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The role focuses on direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team to plan and evaluate nursing services.

The LPN will observe vital signs, document patient responses, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges while supporting a safe and comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN licensure; 1 year of preferred experience.
• Provide nursing care to assigned patients and monitor their condition.
• Record and communicate patient information and responses to care.
