Job summary

River City Living Center in Jefferson City, Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, reinforce care instructions, and collaborate with staff to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including admissions, transfers, and discharges. LPN licensure and a preference for 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure required; 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
