St. Elizabeth Home, part of Illuminus Community, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide prescribed medical treatment under the supervision of a registered nurse in a skilled nursing setting serving long-term care and short-term rehabilitation.

The facility is at 109 S Atwood Ave, Janesville, WI, near downtown Janesville. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with 8-hour shifts, AM, NOC, and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Active LPN credentials and license in Wisconsin in good standing
• Active CPR
• Knowledge/experience in geriatrics.

St. Elizabeth Home, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We offer long-term care and short-term rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting. Originally founded in 1967, St. Elizabeth is located just blocks from downtown Janesville in the beautiful Courthouse Hill Historic District between Upper Courthouse Park and Jefferson Park.

Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Available Opportunities

• Full and Part-time positions
• AM, NOC and PRN shifts available
• 8-hour shifts
• Every other weekend
• Pay Rate: $27.80 to $31.20 per hour, dependent upon experience

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin in good standing
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
