Concierge Home Care in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Home Health LPN to provide 1:1 in-home nursing care with a flexible schedule and autonomy. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and participate in developing patient care plans in the Duval County area.

Your Role as a Home Health LPN
