Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate in-home nursing across Lee County, FL. You will follow personalized care plans, manage medications, and monitor patient status, reporting changes to the clinical team.

Requirements include an active Florida LPN license, IV certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Acute care experience is preferred; you’ll work with supportive supervisors in a flexible PRN scheduling environment.

Responsibilities

Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
