Willow Dale Wellness Village seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our friendly, supportive team on full-time shifts (2p-10p or 10p-6a).

You will provide medication administration, resident assessments, and high-quality nursing care per each resident's care plan, while leading and advocating for residents. Prior LPN experience is valued, and we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa LPN license is required.
• Prior LPN experience is preferred but we will invest in the right candidate.
• Nursing judgment and collaboration with the clinical team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments and ensure high standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Willow Dale Wellness Village by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
