Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Big Muddy River Correctional Center in Ina, Illinois. The LPN provides holistic nursing care within the scope of practice under the direction of RNs and medical staff, responding to a range of physical and behavioral health needs on a day shift from 7 a.m.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Big Muddy River Correctional Center in Ina, Illinois.The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.Schedule: Full-time Day Shift, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.The schedule includes rotating weekends. When Saturday and Sunday are worked, the following Monday is scheduled off.
