Job summary

Complete Care at Holmdel ASSISTED LIVING is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN to join our caring team. You will administer medications, carry out treatments, and support residents according to each care plan, under physician orders and within scope of practice.

We value dependable, compassionate caregivers and offer full-time day shifts (7am–3pm), per diem options, health, dental, vision and PTO, plus opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
