Job summary

Complete Care at Holmdel Assisted Living in Morrell Corners, NJ, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time shifts 7am–3pm. The role includes administering medications, following care plans, and reporting residents’ conditions to ensure compassionate, high-quality care for our extended family.

Active NJ LPN license required; prior long-term care experience preferred. Opportunity for advancement within a supportive team and organization dedicated to resident well-being.

Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, in accordance with resident's care plan and within scope of practice
• Accurately report and record residents' condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
