Job summary

Arbor Associates is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for a contract assignment with a residential healthcare organization serving children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, complex medical needs, behavioral health diagnoses, and physical disabilities. You will provide direct nursing care in residential settings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, and per diem) with competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience providing direct nursing care in residential settings preferred.
• Ability to educate and mentor direct support staff on medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in residential settings.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Perform health assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication records.
• Support individuals in achieving the highest level of health, safety, and independence.
• Educate and mentor direct support staff on medical needs and best practices.
