Hickory Falls Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts in Granite Falls, NC. We value resident-centered care and offer a positive work culture with competitive pay, tuition assistance, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in North Carolina (or compact state) is required.

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail requested.
