Job summary

Copperfield Health and Rehabilitation in Concord, NC is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. We offer full-time and part-time shifts (days, evenings, weekends) with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

As an LPN you will provide nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, monitor residents, and support their physical and emotional well-being in a respected long‑term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NC (or valid state with NC endorsement)
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• LTC/SNF experience preferred, new grads welcome
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per standards of practice and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow all policies
• Monitor vital signs and medical histories, and document appropriately
• Coach staff as necessary

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
