Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide care for residents in our skilled unit and long-term care unit. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate residents and families.

The role includes supervising CNAs, coordinating with physicians and other health professionals, and offers day and overnight 12-hour shifts with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and IVs as required.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Education for residents and families.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
