Complete Care at Glendale West in Glendale, WI is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Night shift on a part-time basis. This role offers competitive wages, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities to work with a compassionate clinical leadership team in a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

You will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, participate in care planning, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition.
• Participate in care planning and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care standards.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations.
