Job summary

Journey is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Twin City, GA. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, delivering direct nursing services and medications as prescribed. The role requires an active GA RN or LPN license, a nursing degree, and CPR certification.

Shift schedule is 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m., with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN or LPN license in GA.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report concerns to physicians or supervisors.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Participate in care planning and documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Promote a safe and infection-controlled environment.
• Follow policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines in accordance with regulatory standards.
