Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee health and nursing care for individuals served. This role ensures care meets state regulations and Aspire policies while supporting person-centered goals.

You will train staff, coordinate care with providers and families, and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team in group homes and community programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have demonstrated computer literacy.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and system.
• Ability to pass and maintain required trainings.
• Must possess an active nursing license in the state in which you’re
• Must have satisfactory background checks
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of health and nursing care for individuals served by Aspire Living & Learning.
• Ensure employees and health care providers attend to identified needs and comply with state regulations and Aspire policies.
• Train and educate all parties on essential health related matters.
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to individuals, staff, providers, coordinators and family/guardians.
• May be part of staffing minimums within the group homes.

The License Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Living & Learning plays a vital role in overseeing the quality of health and nursing care for individuals served by Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. This involves understanding the particular needs of each individual within the program; making sure our employees and health care providers are attending to all needs identified and complying with state regulations and Aspire policies and procedures; training and educating all parties on essential health related matters; and providing on-going consultation and support to the individuals, staff, providers, coordinators and family/guardians. The LPN may part of the staffing minimums within the group homes.
