Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled in-home nursing care to patients in the Port Orchard area. This full-time night shift role supports a mission-driven, nurse-led team focused on patient dignity and outcomes.

You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care and observations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in WA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Overview

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

$32.73 - $47.00/hour

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
