Job summary

Florham Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time and per diem roles across all shifts. Daily pay and competitive hourly rates ($32–$41/hour, all inclusive) are offered.

As an LPN, you will provide patient care per care plans, administer medications, document accurately, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being. NJ license and CPR/BLS required.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey LPN license.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards, plan of care, and physician's orders.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per POC and policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.

Full-time: 11pm - 7am

Daily Pay!
$32 - $41 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC) and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
