Allendale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team on all shifts. The role offers daily pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

As an LPN you will provide patient care, assist with medications, and adhere to the written plan of care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with the written plan of care and physician’s treatment plan.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per POC and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly, and respond to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.

Daily Pay!

$33 - $42 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician’s plan of treatment.

• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
