Job summary

Human Touch Home HealthCare in Falls Church, VA is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care on a PRN basis. You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care with RN supervision.

This role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and consistent patient opportunities, with travel between patient homes and a supportive clinical team. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of nursing experience and ability to work

Qualifications

• Virginia LPN license required.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/physician.
• Assist with wound care and other clinical procedures.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans.
