Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Manchester office to provide compassionate pediatric and adult home care. This role offers day and night shifts with a $2000 bonus for 30+ hours per week, plus a generous benefits package and ongoing education opportunities.

Compensation includes pay between $32 and $35 per hour based on acuity, with weekly direct deposit. We value one-to-one client care and flexible scheduling in a supportive, accredited home health

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a valid NH LPN license.
• Current CPR certification in good standing.
• State nursing license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Current CPR Certification
