Job summary

Recovery Centers of America is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate care in a behavioral health setting. You will assess patients, administer medications, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure proper treatment and discharge planning.

The role offers 3 shifts per week (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with self-scheduling and competitive pay including shift differentials. RCA emphasizes evidence-based care and patient-centered support across centers.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in state
• Current BLS certification
• One year of experience in behavioral health or detox preferred; phlebotomy skills preferred
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Knowledge of healthcare, detoxification, addiction, and DSM criteria preferred
• Competency in performing CLIA waived testing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Educate patients and families about addiction recovery and self-care practices.
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment that supports recovery and well-being and respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals.
• Complete documentation and follow procedures outlined in organizational policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• An active LPN license in [state]
• A current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation).
• One year of experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or detox services is preferred; phlebotomy skills preferred.
