Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. The LPN provides direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and supports daily clinical operations while ensuring quality patient care, safety, and compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to RN or provider
• Assist with assessments, vital signs, and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/clinical systems
• Support infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, AHCA, and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the State of Florida
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Experience in PPEC / Pediatrics – Strongly Preferred
• Experience with EMR systems
• IV certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility
