Job summary

The Blossoms at Oakdale Rehab & Nursing Center in Mississippi is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caregiving team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor and report changes, and collaborate with the care team to support residents' well-being.

Evening and night shifts are available (3 pm–11 pm and 11 pm–7 am) with shift differentials; weekend availability is highlighted.

Qualifications

• LPN license valid in the state of employment (or a compact license).
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Compassion and dedication to patient well-being.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient observations and care activities accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
