The Blossoms at Oakdale is hiring LPN Charge Nurses to join our caregiving team. You will administer meds, monitor residents, and support staff to uphold high standards of care across day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension of English.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and promptly following physician orders.
• Provide emergency care as needed to ensure resident safety and well‑being.
• Manage medication and supply availability and procurement.
• Supervise and support team members to maintain high care standards.
• Monitor and document treatment and medication effectiveness.
