Your role as a Licensed Practical Nurses ( LPN ):

• Deliver compassionate nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility protocol
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health and emotional status
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members to support resident well-being
• Accurately document care, medications, and observations
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
