Qualifications

• Must have a valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License.
• Physical examination within the last three years required.
• Experience in G-tube, trach, or vent preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment.
• Taking direction from the clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse.
• Following the plan of care and institutional policies.

This range is provided by Care Options for Kids. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$32.00/hr - $34.00/hr

Of course, if you need anything, your Director of Nursing is only a phone call away — we offer 24-hour, 365-day support and on-demand clinical resources.

Requirements For Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
