Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN in our West Virginia facility.

The role involves patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and supervising unlicensed staff to ensure safe, effective care for residents. LPN licensure and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) with focus on outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
