Easterseals PORT Health in Culpeper, VA is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to support youth with I/DD and mental health needs in our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home. You will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, educate youth on health, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure person-centered services.
This weekend option includes every other Saturday and Sunday 7am–7pm, with a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus for new hire nurses after milestones.

We are seeking compassionate and motivated part-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting youth with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA.
$5,000 sign-on and retention bonus for every other weekend, new hire nurses
Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols
Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations
Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service
