Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role on the 3rd shift (10P-6:30A) at their Crystal Lake location. This position requires a qualified LPN with experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care, as well as prior supervisory experience. Responsibilities include leading a team of caregivers, evaluating residents, and maintaining effective communication with families. Ideal candidates are passionate about working with the elderly, punctual, and professional.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively to team, residents, and families.
• Building strong relationships.
