Job summary

Cortlandt Healthcare is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team at Cortlandt Manor, NY. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.

You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians to support safety, dignity, and quality of life for residents.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Work closely with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For

• Current New York State LPN license.

• Previous nursing experience preferred; skilled nursing experience is a plus.
