Meadowbrook Health and Rehabilitation in Mooresville, NC is hiring compassionate LPNs for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Shift options include 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a with a $27.50 to $32.00 hourly rate plus applicable shift differentials and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and comfort measures.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and regulations.
• Track and review patient histories and vital signs.
• Coach and mentor staff as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]
