Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and administer medications.
• Administer treatments including dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
• Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care; assist in direct care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication and care rendered.
• Keep physician and family informed of changes in resident condition.
• Assist in admission and discharge procedures.
• Respond to resident emergency call system as indicated.

• Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have a current LPN (licensed practical nurse) license in the State of Ohio, CPR certification, and have at least six months of geriatric nursing experience. Candidates must also have the passion and the ability to provide superior quality of care, with an emphasis on customer service in all that they do, and must be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
