Qualifications include a current LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, and the ability to communicate clearly and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to provide safe and compassionate resident care.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Previous LPN experience is beneficial; confirm any required minimum experience with the hiring team.
