Garden Park Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time position offers a 7am-7pm schedule and opportunities to grow within the facility.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, monitoring residents, supervising CNAs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring policy compliance. Ohio LPN license and LTC experience are preferred to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
