Job summary

Center Home for Hispanic Elderly in Chicago seeks LPN Licensed Practical Nurses to join our caregiving team. The role supports rehab and skilled nursing care, with a focus on patient comfort and safety.

You will supervise nursing assistants, coordinate daily tasks, and help residents regain independence after hospital stays. We value leadership, compassionate care, and adherence to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• New Grad Nurses Welcomed
• Current CPR certification

• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current state and federal rules and regulations
