Hallmark Healthcare of Carlinville is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our long-term care team in Carlinville, IL. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor comfort and safety, and report changes to nursing staff in a respectful, dignified manner.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA program required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Care for residents and their belongings with dignity and respect.
• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards.
• Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Routinely make rounds and provide responsive resident care and services.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Support a positive, safe, and resident-centered care environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
