Pinnacle Health & Rehab at Canton in Maine is seeking a dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a 66-bed Assisted Living facility. You will work under supervision of an RN, lead a clinical team, and develop individualized care plans to maintain high resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has an active Maine nursing license, is vaccinated, and is available every other weekend with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Active Maine nursing license.
• Proof of MMR, varicella, Hep B, and seasonal flu vaccination (Oct-Apr).
• Ability to work every other weekend with on-call responsibilities.
• Experience in Assisted Living Care is a plus, but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
