Responsibilities

1. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
2. Evaluate patients/residents by collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes.
3. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
4. Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
5. Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
2. Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
3. Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state or facility.
