Qualifications

Responsibilities

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for ongoing PRN opportunities at a senior living and healthcare community in Seaford, Delaware.

We are looking for LPNs who want the flexibility of PRN work but can also provide consistent availability. Candidates must be willing to pick up shifts on a regular weekly or biweekly basis. This is a great opportunity for nurses looking to supplement their current schedule while building a consistent relationship with one facility.

What We're Looking For

• Active Delaware LPN license in good standing
• 2+ Years experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or senior care
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, professional approach to resident care
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Must be able to commit to picking up shifts consistently on a weekly or biweekly basis

Responsibilities

Scheduling

Candidates should be available to pick up shifts at least weekly or every other week based on facility needs and their availability.
