Job summary

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking dependable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for ongoing PRN opportunities at a senior living and healthcare community in Seaford, Delaware.

We look for RNs who enjoy the flexibility of PRN work but can provide consistent availability, with regular weekly or biweekly shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to supplement your current schedule while working at the same location and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or senior care preferred.
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate and professional approach to resident care.
• Ability to work effectively with nursing staff and an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Must be willing to pick up shifts consistently on a weekly or biweekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Respond appropriately to changes in resident health status.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team as appropriate.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other direct-care staff as needed.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and resident-centered care environment.
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, infection-control practices, and nursing standards.
