Responsibilities

*Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician's treatment plan.
*follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager
*Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
*Monitor resident's conditions and report accordingly *Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
Qualifications

*Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
*Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing *Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication
*Ability to work with multiple patients at once

Posted Salary Range
